HEALTH TIPS



v  Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day and while you walk ,smile.

v  Sit silence for at least  10 minutes each day.

v  Live with 3E’s Energy ,Enthusiasm and Empathy.

v  Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.

v  Drink plenty of water.

v  Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.

v  Eat breakfast like a king ,lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

v  Make peace with your past so it won’t  spoil the present.

v  However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

v  Enjoy life each moment, try new things.

v  The best is yet to come.

One (01) glass of water  - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion


One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

One (01) glass of water - Before sleep  - To avoid stroke or heart attack

 2. Your tea is made in a special zone near toilet.
 3. Bath heater is used for making tea.

What is the purpose of Yawn(கொட்டாவி)? One usually yawns when bored or tired. Yawning makes you draw in breath, filling your lungs with air this increases the oxygen supply to the blood to help wake yourself up.

  • Have regular meals at right time as irregular timings confuse the release of enzymes for digestion.
  • Fruits, especially walnuts are excellent for heart and oils are the worst.
  • Regular intake of lemon and gooseberry(amla)prevents heart problems by preventing the accumulation of cholesterol in the blood vessels.
  • Exercise or walk for 30 minutes daily.
  • Quit smoking and minimise alcohol intake.
  • Control weight,smoking,blood pressure and sugar and have proactive approach towards healthcare.
  • Go for routine blood tests to keep a tab on sugar and cholesterol levels.
  • Keep stress at bay and have a positive outlook towards life.

வேக வைக்காமலே சாப்பிட வருகிறது புது ரக அரிசி

கட்டாக்: குக்கர் வேண்டாம்; காஸ் வேண்டாம்; 45 நிமிடம் தண்ணீரில் ஊற வைத்தாலே போதும்; சாதம் ரெடி!

ஆம், இப்படி ஒரு புரட்சிகர புது ரக அரிசியை கட்டாக்கில் உள்ள தேசிய அரிசி ஆராய்ச்சிக் கழக விஞ்ஞானிகள் கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளனர்.இந்த அரிசிக்கு "அக்கினி போரா' என்று பெயரிட்டுள்ளனர். சாதாரண வெப்ப நிலையில் நல்ல தண்ணீரில் 45 நிமிடம் ஊற வைத்த பின், சாப்பிடும் அளவுக்கு இருக்கிறது. இந்த அரிசி குறித்து விஞ்ஞானி தாபன் குமார் ஆதியா கூறுகையில்," இது ஒரு குறுகிய கால அரிசி ரகம். அசாம் போன்ற குளிர் பிரதேசங்களில் விளையக் கூடியது. வடகிழக்கு மாநிலங்ககளைத் தவிர மற்ற பகுதிகளில் இந்த ரக அரிசி விளையாது. தண்ணீரில் ஊர வைப்பதன் மூலம் எளிதில் சாப்பிடலாம், ஊர வைக்கும் தண்ணீர் சுத்தமானதாகவும், தரமானதாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும்' என்றார்.

1 egg + 2 mobiles = ???

A very important message to everyone, please read it carefully.

1 Egg & 2 Mobiles - 65 minutes of connection between mobiles.
We assembled something as per image, initiated the call between the two mobiles and allowed 65 minutes approximately......
  • During the first 15 minutes nothing happened
  • 25 minutes later the egg started getting hot
  • 45 minutes later the egg is hot
  • 65 minutes later the egg is cooked
Conclusion: The immediate radiation of the mobiles has the potential to modify the proteins of the egg. Imagine what it can do with the proteins of your brains when you do long calls. Please try to reduce long time calls on mobile phones and pass this mail to all your friends & Family you care for.
